Overview
FG Calculator ("we", "our") provides free construction material calculators. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this website and how it is used.
Information we collect
Calculator inputs. The numbers you enter into the calculators are processed in your own browser. We do not store your inputs on our servers, and we do not require accounts.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which calculators are viewed and for how long. Google Analytics collects device, browser, approximate location, and usage data through cookies. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.
Contact. If you contact us, we receive whatever information you include in your message so we can respond.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: Google Analytics cookies for usage statistics, and security/performance cookies set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). No advertising cookies are currently used.
How we use information
We use the collected information to operate and improve the calculators, understand which tools are most useful, and respond to messages. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Our hosting and content delivery is provided by Cloudflare, and analytics by Google. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
This site is a general-audience tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version.
